Schedule Appliance Repair Or Call 760-394-8080Appliance Repair Barstow Terms of Service
These terms apply to appliance repair appointments, diagnostic visits, repair estimates, parts, labor and warranty service.
1. Service Call Fee
The diagnostic service call fee covers the technician’s visit, inspection and diagnosis of the appliance. The service call fee does not guarantee that the appliance can or will be repaired.
If only a minor repair, adjustment, cleaning, reset or quick service is performed during the visit, a minimum labor charge of $100 may apply.
2. Diagnosis
All repair recommendations are based on the condition of the appliance at the time of inspection. Diagnostic results are valid for 30 days from the date of service.
If the repair is approved within 30 days, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the final repair cost.
3. Repair Estimates
Repair estimates are based on the diagnosis performed during the service visit. Final pricing depends on the appliance condition, required parts, labor and availability.
Additional problems discovered during the repair may require a revised estimate before work continues.
4. Parts Availability
Most replacement parts are available within 2 to 7 business days. Some special-order, discontinued or backordered parts may require additional time.
Appliance Repair Barstow is not responsible for manufacturer delays, shipping delays, discontinued parts or backordered parts.
5. Warranty
Installed replacement parts include a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering defects in the installed part and workmanship related to that specific repair.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer misuse or abuse
- Power surges or electrical issues
- Water damage
- Pest, insect or rodent damage
- Improper installation or repairs performed by others
- Damage unrelated to the repair performed
- Additional failures occurring after the original repair
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance. The appliance must be accessible for proper diagnosis and repair.
The technician may refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, blocked, or prevent proper diagnosis or repair.
7. Appointments
Appointment times are estimated arrival windows. Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, emergency repairs, technician availability, parts delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the diagnostic visit, service or repair unless other arrangements have been approved. Approved payment methods may vary at the time of service.
9. Replaced Parts
Replaced parts become the property of Appliance Repair Barstow unless the customer requests to keep them before the repair is completed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Appliance Repair Barstow is not responsible for food loss, spoiled products, lost time, inconvenience, property damage caused by the appliance failure, or incidental damages resulting from appliance failure before or after the service visit.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Scheduling an appointment, allowing a technician to inspect the appliance, or authorizing a repair indicates acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Service Call Pricing
Diagnostic fee varies by service area. The service call may be applied toward the repair if the repair is approved within 30 days.
